Felicia Vieira is the Founder and CEO of Crafted Brand Company, the maker of Crafted Cocktails, a trailblazing line of natural syrups and mixers. Her journey into the specialty food world began as a business coach helping entrepreneurs bring new ideas to life. When several clients came to her with beverage concepts, she noticed a gap in the market: no one was offering clean-label mixers made with real ingredients. A longtime mixology enthusiast, Felicia launched Crafted Cocktails to fill that void—and hasn’t looked back. 

An SFA member for 10 years, Felicia thrives on the creative process of flavor development. “One of the best parts of my job is collaborating with partners to create new formulas,” she says. “There’s nothing better than seeing those ideas take off in the market.” 

As the company grows, Felicia is expanding Crafted Cocktails’ offerings beyond the bar. Their Brown Sugar Simple Syrup has received multiple innovation awards, and new flavors are on the horizon—all rooted in the same values of quality, transparency, and craft.
