Currently serving as Local & Emerging Brands Forager, Lisa oversees the company’s Emerging Brands portfolio, helping entrepreneurs navigate the path from early discovery to national retail exposure. 

Lisa began her career when a small natural foods store where she worked was acquired by Whole Foods Market, launching a decades‑long journey rooted in curiosity, partnership, and trust. She spent 19 years in Florida sourcing and developing new products before relocating to California in 2016, where she continues to play a pivotal role in shaping Whole Foods Market’s approach to innovation. 

Known for her sharp category insight and deep commitment to founders, Lisa has helped countless startups gain visibility, refine their offerings, and grow sustainably.
