Paul Schiefer is CEO of Amy’s Kitchen, where he leads the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term strategy across sales, marketing, supply chain, technology, and employee engagement. Over nearly two decades with the company, Paul has held a wide variety of roles, building a rare, end‑to‑end perspective on mission‑driven food at scale. 

During his tenure, Paul has led pivotal initiatives including Amy’s international expansion and its B Corp certification, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to organic integrity, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. As CEO, he is focused on protecting Amy's legacy while ensuring the company’s values continue to resonate for the next generation of consumers.   

Beyond Amy’s Kitchen, Paul serves on the Board of the Organic Trade Association and is active in the B Corp and ESG communities, advancing sustainable practices across the food industry. A member of the founding family, he is proud to steward Amy’s legacy forward while shaping its future as a trusted leader in organic food.
