IASA - Branzino Grigliato (Grilled Mediterranean Seabass)

IASA sustainably farms branzino, known as Mediterranean seabass, which has long been prized throughout Europe. It has a delicate white, subtly sweet flesh that is a great with salads and pasta or eaten on its own. The fillets are gently grilled and hand-packed in olive oil.
