Charlito's Cocina
Our products are all original recipes inspired by a long standing tradition of dry-cured meats as practiced commonly and by necessity, before the advent of refrigeration and other modern means of food preservation. They are all made in small batches, by hand in a traditional manner using ingredients sourced from highly responsible clean and detail oriented suppliers. We process using a minimal amount of machinery, seeing to it that our technique remains true and authentic to the tradition from which it derives.
