We craft a spreadable cheese from a high quality fresh cheese base and add flavorful herbs, spices and/or vegetables. Chavrie goat cheese is available in a unique pyramid shape, as logs hand rolled in herbs, spices or fruit and as crumbles for a healthy compliment to salads. Alouette was established in 1974 in Mew Holland PA. During the following decade they acquired the KolbLena Cheese Co, a longtime maker of soft ripened cheese specialties in Lena, IL.
