They are wellknown for their Olive Oil Tortas, a centuriesold recipe that has been kept true to its origins. Each Torta is still made by hand. They come in five different flavors (Original, Orange, Cinnamon, Rosemary & Thyme, and Sesame & Sea Salt). Recently they launched into the US a new range of unique specialty crackers Ines Rosales' Olive Oil Crisps. They come in Original flavor and Manchego Cheese flavor.
