Big Fork Brands

Big Fork Brands is a Chicago-based, family-owned company specializing in handcrafted sausages, using all natural pork (or chicken) and hardwood smoked bacon. Our sausages are free of nitrites, artificial flavors, preservatives, antibiotics, hormones, and gluten. Big Fork works with small independent farmers in the Midwest who raise their hogs and chickens on a vegetarian diet and are free from confinement. By adding as much bacon as possible and using simple ingredients like sea salt and brown sugar, we let the bacon flavor shine through so you get BIG BACON flavor.

Big Fork Brands makes CRAFT BACON SAUSAGE

We work with family farmers in Iowa that raise Berkshire Hogs outdoors without the use of antibiotics EVER.  We use the best tasting bacon on the planet, its nitrate-free, uncured, that's also hardwood smoked.  We grind the amazing bacon with antibiotic-free pork and add a little simple brown sugar and sea salt.  Then we naturally encase the sausage and smoke it using a combination of hickory and applewood hardwoods.  Our sausage is made the traditional smokehouse way, with one difference, we cram as much bacon into every encase meat we make.  That’s basically it.  Keeping it simple, letting the pure tasty pork and bacon speak for itself.
