Harvested from the cold, pristine waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast, Jacobsen Salt Co.’s flake and kosher sea salts have gained much critical acclaim for their beautiful and pure taste, texture, and appearance, and are used by chefs and home cooks around the world. Founded in 2011 by proprietor Ben Jacobsen, Jacobsen Salt Co.’s mission is to create America’s finest flake and kosher sea salts. In addition to an extensive assortment of classic and infused salts, Jacobsen Salt Co. also produces a line of salty confections (Salty Black Licorice, Salty Caramels, Salty Honey Nut Chews, Salty Maple Chews), cocktail salts and pantry staples such as canned, linecaught Oregon Albacore Tuna, Sweet & Salty Granola, and Herb & Salt Bagel Chips. We are proud to be the first company to harvest salt in the Pacific Northwest since Lewis & Clark. Founded in 2011 by Damian Magista after discovering honey from hives in various neighborhoods he placed in his hometown of Portland Oregon have completely different flavor profiles. Bee Local has since become a national brand, changing the face of honey production and sourcing.
