BetterBody Foods LLC
In 2017, BetterBody Foods (BBF) kicked off a major initiative to incorporate principles of sustainability and environmental and social responsibility into each of BBF’s business decisions. In addition to recycling and energy initiatives, a major focus will be measuring and reducing the carbon footprint of our facilities and freight activities. The intent is to incorporate many of the procedural and tracking requirements into our SOP program so the principles become ingrained in our processes.
· We made a $100,000 donation to Lift A Life Foundation’s effort in the Dominican Republic. The foundation recently completed a medical clinic and have begun construction on a vocational school. BBF’s contribution will help keep the clinic staffed by local healthcare professionals for 2017.
