San-J president, Takashi Sato, is eighth generation of the founding family faithfully following the exacting standards for brewing the finest Tamari. San-J is proud to be a trusted soy sauce brand in the natural and gluten free market. San-J began brewing the first Tamari from their Henrico, Virginia, facility in 1987, continuing 200 years tradition of Japanese brewing mastery. San-J Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce is made with 100% soy and no wheat for a richer, smoother taste that is brewed for up to six months with no artificial preservatives, colors or additives.
