The method developed by the company for processing fruit is original (specific machines) and this has resulted in its being awarded an Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label by the French government. Whether conventional or organic, all the fruit used comes from the Mediterranean area and the sugar is exclusively cane sugar. It is ISO 9001 and ISO 22000, at its highest degree, certified. It is Organic Certificed (Europe, North America and Asia). For its export market, the company is AEO certified (Authorized Economic Operator) by customs services. It is also a member of the BPI FRANCE EXCELLENCE network.
