The products are specialty creams and cheeses from the UK. Our specialty products are manufactured by artisanal dairies, where milk is sourced locally and in some cases milk from the same farm is used to make cheese. As examples, we source pasteurized, unpasteurized milk, sheep’s milk and goat’s milk cheese.
