Mangia, Inc. ™ is the producer and importer of Carmelina ‘e… San Marzano® Italian Tomatoes and Carmelina Brands® Italian Beans. Established in 1996, we’re headquartered in Irvine, CA. with six warehouses across the United States to best support our North American customers. All of our products are manufactured and imported direct from Italy, and sold through foodservice and retail distributors nationwide. Our family of products are available at fine grocery stores, retailers, and select online Etailers. We also produce ingredients for industrial manufacturers, offer private label capabilities, and have expanded our international business (Mangia, Inc. Global Trade Division) to service clients worldwide. It is our mission to source and manufacture clean, quality ingredients utilizing traditional artisan, freshpack preserving methods that have been in place for generations. These Old World processes eliminate the need or use of chemical preservatives or additives in any of our products. Our copacking facilities follow strict standards to insure food safety and the quality of our products. Mangia, Inc. is Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) validated, and we are FSMA and FSVP compliant; with our own PCQI on staff. Our products are OU Kosher, NonGMO Project Verified, GlutenFree, BPA Free, and meet ISO, BRC and HACCP standards for food safety. We also offer a line of 100% USDA Organic products. We are proud to offer families and chefs clean, fresh, and flavorful ingredients to use in all kinds of recipes – from Italian inspired and beyond.
