A FOUR-GENERATION Legacy
Our passion for truffles has been handed down through four generations; a precious expertise, deeply rooted in Tuscany, particularly in the village of Palaia (PI).
In the 1970s, Zelindo, son of Giuseppe, recognised the commercial potential of truffles and created a network of truffle hunters, passing this passion on to his son Luciano.
It was Luciano who launched the first line of truffle-jarred products, introducing new ways and innovative to enjoy this delicacy.
Today, Cristiano carries forward his grandfather’s vision, turning the family know-how into an internationally recognised enterprise.
