Because of their unique humidity and temperature conditions, our St. Peter's sandstone caves are ideal for affinage, the ancient art of maturing and aging cheeses. Every handmade batch of our award-winning line of blue and gorgonzola cheeses is cured and aged exclusively in these sandstone caves. Caves of Faribault is part of the Prairie Farms family of dairy products.
