Proudly based in Spokane, Washington, Liberty Ciderworks treats cider as a form of art, expressing climate, topography, native yeast and flavors provided by cider-specific, locally-adapted apples. Liberty gathers nearly all of its fruit from tiny, family-run orchards that grow apples using many of the same techniques that vintners use to grow wine grapes.
