Maricel’s Kitchen is an upscale, welcoming Filipino restaurant and cooking studio founded by Chef Maricel Gentile in East Brunswick. Our mission is to make Filipino food forever part of the American table through authentic dishes, shared stories, and hands-on culinary experiences.
From brunch and supper clubs to cooking classes and catering, Maricel’s Kitchen brings people together to cook, eat, celebrate, and feel at home. Chef Maricel has been featured on Food Network, PBS, and Hulu, and is the author of Maricel’s Simply Asian Cookbook.
