Gene Biggi

Biggi is the Owner of Beaverton Foods, a fourth generation manufacturer of gourmet condiments. The son of Italian immigrants, Biggi took over his Mother Rose's local horseradish company and expanded distribution to all 50 states and dozens of foreign countries. Among his notable product creations, Biggi invented the first shelf-stable horseradish, first wet Chinese Mustard, and the first Honey Mustard.
