Andrina Bigelow
After earning a degree in Economics, Andrina entered the corporate world in finance at Mattel Toys and moved into brand management. She then attended the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell where she earned her MBA. Following graduate school, Andrina pursued her passion for brand management at Johnson and Johnson and T-Mobile USA.
In 2006 she joined her mother, Fran, and brother, Dylan (chocolatier and head of operations), at Fran’s Chocolates, taking on the role of CEO. Andrina currently lives in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood with her husband Mark. Their daughter Taylor just graduated from University of Pennsylvania with an MS in Education. Andrina grew up working in the original Fran’s store in Madison Valley.
At an early age she washed dishes, hand-wrapped Gold Bars, tasted chocolates, and helped out during the holidays. After spending time away from Fran’s, she realized her passion for chocolate and the family business; and naturally, found her way back. Alongside her brother Dylan, she is in a position to carry forward the mission and values that Fran’s built and to continue to build the business on top the strong foundation set by her mother.
