NEW YORK, NY (June 26, 2025) The Specialty Food Association announces that creator and investor Rachel Mansfield will take the stage as the third keynote speaker at the 69th Summer Fancy Food Show, happening June 29–July 1 at the Javits Center in New York City.
With more than 1.3 million followers and a reputation for knowing what’s next in food, Rachel Mansfield has built a thriving career across Instagram, TikTok, Substack, YouTube, and Pinterest. On Monday, June 30, she’ll join her husband and co-founder Jordan Carpenter and investor/advisor Kiva Dickinson to share the story behind her biggest leap yet: launching her own brand.
Attendees will get an exclusive first look at cadootz!, Mansfield’s new organic whole food protein snack brand, ahead of its public debut. The session will offer an unfiltered look at the transition from content creator to investor (through her venture firm grt sht ventures, which has backed brands like Partake, GrĂ¼ns, Seven Sundays, and Amara), and now to startup founder.
“I’m beyond excited to introduce cadootz!, the next-generation organic whole food protein snack brand, at this year’s Summer Fancy Food Show,” said Rachel Mansfield, founder of cadootz!. “It’s a full-circle moment for me, I started out with developing healthy recipes and turning that into the forefront of my career to becoming a CPG investor and managing partner of grt sht ventures, to now starting my own brand, and I’m proud to share my story and learnings with so many inspiring peers across the food and beverage industry.”
This rare behind-the-scenes session is a must-attend for makers, buyers, and anyone curious about what it really takes to build a modern food brand from the ground up—straight from someone who’s helped others do it, and is now doing it herself.
Featuring thousands of new specialty food products from around the world, educational programming, events, and networking opportunities, the Summer Fancy Food Show will run June 29-July 1 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City. The Show is open only to qualified members of the specialty food trade, industry affiliates, and journalists. To learn more and register for the Show, visit specialtyfood.com.
