The Culinary Institute of America San Antonio is hosting a Latin American Cuisine Summit October 12-14. The in-person event will showcase the traditions and flavors of Latin American live-fire cooking, with guest chefs and culinary experts using indigenous ingredients from the land, sea, and farm. Attendees will learn how to use these ingredients and techniques to boost their business.
