Showcasing Three Peruvian Pepper Sauces and Celebrating Upcoming H-E-B Launch
Spring, TX - January 2026 - Aji Pepper Sauce, an emerging CPG brand rooted in authentic Peruvian cuisine, will exhibit at the Winter Fancy Food Show 2026 in San Diego, Jan 11-13, 2026. Attendees are invited to taste the brand’s full lineup - Aji Amarillo, Aji Verde, and Aji Rojo - and meet the founders behind the sauces.
Founded by Valerie Golson Gipson, a Peruvian immigrant, and her husband Bryce Gipson, Aji Pepper Sauce began as a family tradition brought to life with one simple goal: to share the rich, pepper-forward flavors of Peru with home cooks and food lovers everywhere. Their sauces celebrate the beauty of simplicity, made with minimal ingredients that let each Peruvian Ají pepper shine through for a true homestyle recipe.
Each Aji Pepper Sauce is made in Peru with Peruvian ají peppers as the first ingredient and minimal components that allow the peppers themselves to shine. At the Winter Fancy Food Show, Aji Pepper Sauce will also celebrate a major milestone: the brand’s upcoming H-E-B Cooking Connection® launch, scheduled for May 2026, where it will debut in the Cooking Connection area across 150+ stores in Texas.
