Worcester, MA – June 18, 2025 – American Vinegar Works is excited to announce the launch of a new product line developed exclusively for the food service industry.
This new food service line will feature seven of its most popular and essential kitchen vinegars, ranging from its bold Ultimate Red Wine Vinegar and unseasoned California Junmai Sake Rice Wine to the sweet and tangy Barrel-Aged Honey Wine Vinegar.
The food service line is packaged in half-gallon plastic containers, designed with sturdy, easy-to-grip handles for efficient kitchen use. These are sold in cases of four units. Front-of-house glass bottles, such as malt vinegars, are also available to food service and wholesale accounts.
Like all American Vinegar Works vinegars, this line is slow-fermented from American wines, ciders, and brews; barrel-aged; and bottled raw and unfiltered in small batches at the company’s historic mill in New England.
