In a world racing toward AI, Cuatro Mamas stays analog—for now. Real people. Real hands. Real ingredients. Their Salsa Macha isn’t made by machines—it’s made with real chiles, real crunch, and real heart. All MAMAS. No algorithms.
Now, Cuatro Mamas is turning up the heat.
After years of customers asking for more, the multicultural, women-led brand is launching a new 6 oz jar of its cult-favorite Salsa Macha Chili Crisp, along with an all-new spicy snack that brings the same bold flavor to snack time.
“Our community wanted a bigger jar, so we made it,” the founders say. “Same recipe. Same flavor. Just more to share.”
Founded by four friends with roots in Guatemala, the Philippines, Mexico, and the American South, Cuatro Mamas is built on authenticity, culture, and a shared love of spice. Their salsa macha delivers deep chile flavor, layered with nuts and seeds, no sugar added, and has become a true put-it-on-everything staple.
Now, that same spirit shows up in Palomita’s—a bold, chile-kissed popcorn inspired by the salsa macha that put Cuatro Mamas on the map. Spicy, crunchy, and impossible to stop eating, Palomita’s proves that clean ingredients and big flavor can absolutely coexist.
Real food. Real people. Real flavor.
Four cultures. One table.
The founders met through their children’s school in Los Angeles and began traveling together with their families, cooking, sharing meals, and discovering a mutual passion for spice. What started as friendship grew into a brand that proudly keeps its process personal in an increasingly automated world.
“Our sauce is made by us—with a whole lot of heart and heritage,” the team says. “That’s the difference.”
Cuatro Mamas will debut both the 6 oz. Salsa Macha Chili Crisp and Palomita’s spicy popcorn at the Fancy Food Show, January 11–13, 2026, at Booth 932B.
