Four Flavors of Goat Cheese Spread Highlight Mediterranean Flavors
Huntsville, Alabama (June 18, 2025) – CHEVOO, renowned for its herb and spice-mixed fresh goat cheese cubes marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is excited to announce the launch of its new range of goat’s milk Labneh blended with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The first US brand to make authentic labneh using goat’s milk, CHEVOO uniquely blends olive oil with its dense cheese made from strained yogurt, then adds other Mediterranean ingredients which are typically mixed with labneh.
In a category of its own, labneh is customarily drizzled with olive oil then topped with a variety of herbs and spices. Habitually served as a dip or spread, labneh is often scooped up with pita bread, crackers and even fresh veggies, or enjoyed as a sandwich spread.
