Cooking Without Boundaries Launches MagicMix�

BOSTON… Boston-based culinary start-up Cooking Without Boundaries has launched MagicMix, an exciting, all natural, and innovative line of spice blends you can use every day to push your own culinary boundaries, and make any meal a savory celebration of flavor.

The internationally curated, easy-to-use spice blends contain no added salt, sugar or fat. And in a first for the spice category, they are packaged in pre-measured, easy-open individual spice sticks ready for sprinkling in your favorite dishes. Use as much or as little as you like.

MagicMix Mumbai, the debut seasoning, a mélange of 19 spices evoking the flavors of India, transforms weeknight dinners, cookouts and even school lunches into delicious adventures. MagicMix Azteca, a Mexican-inspired blend is expected to be available mid-year and MagicMix Shanghai, a Chinese-influenced mix is expected by year-end.

MagicMix is currently available locally in Foodies on Washington Street in Boston’s South End and Deluca’s on Newbury Street.

As chef and co-founder Reema Chandra explains, “For me the aromas of sizzling garlic and ginger are like a warm hug.” Chandra cooks for the sheer love of it, the endless possibilities, and the opportunity to share her creativity in the kitchen with friends and family.

Co-Founder Sally Murphy adds, “Inspired by our passion to remove the barriers to preparing great-tasting, healthy meals, our products are designed to spark fresh inspiration and easy improvisation by the home chef. MagicMix is ready to do some shaking up.”
