Award-Winning Chocolate Shop to Host Grand Opening Celebration on February 7
Cambridge, MA (January 26, 2026) – Fruition Chocolate Works (Fruition), an internationally recognized bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in New York’s Hudson Valley, is bringing its award-winning confections to Boston with a new pop-up shop location in the heart of Harvard Square. The shop is now open inside Leavitt & Peirce, located at 1316 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA and will operate Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sundays from 12 – 6 p.m.
“When the opportunity arose to pop up in Harvard Square, we couldn’t pass it up”, said Dahlia Graham, co-founder of Fruition. “This location inside Leavitt & Peirce, one of Boston’s oldest independent retailers, felt like a perfect match. Its curated selection of unique gifts and traditional goods pairs seamlessly with our bean-to-bar chocolate, creating an ideal space for new customers to discover Fruition and for our Boston-area fans to find our full lineup in person.”
A grand opening celebration is planned for Friday, February 7, from 1-3 p.m., featuring tastings, special promotions and giveaways. At the Boston pop-up, now through spring 2026 or beyond, based on demand, visitors will find the full line of Fruition products, including the signature bean-to-bar chocolate bars, limited edition and seasonal bars, chocolate-covered nuts and confections and a selection of handcrafted bonbons, including its best-selling Brown Butter Bourbon Caramels. Tasting samples will be available regularly, with expanded sampling during the grand opening celebration.
Now in its 14th year of business, Fruition Chocolate Works is led by husband-and-wife duo, Bryan and Dahlia Graham. An alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., master chocolatier Bryan Graham has earned Fruition multiple Gold Medals from the International Chocolate Awards, recognition from the Academy of Chocolate and honors from the Good Food Awards. Graham was also named one of America’s Top 10 Dessert Professionals, highlighting his dedication to the craft and reputation for producing exceptional, ethically sourced chocolate and confections crafted with meticulous care.
