Rockville, Maryland - (January 2, 2026) - Haus of Sauce, the premium sauce company created by a 3x Culinary Institute of America alum, is proud to announce its first appearance at the Winter FancyFaire Food Show, taking place January 11-13, 2026, at the San Diego Convention Center. 

Driven by a craving for an upscale, healthy, and different experience, founder DeAndre J. Weaver created Haus of Sauce (HoS) in 2024. A meal for a cookout one summer became the foundation for Haus of Sauce. Drawing on his experience at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), he realized he could make a sauce using whatever ingredients he had at home.

Haus of Sauce will showcase the flavor that has gotten them to where they are today. Attendees have an opportunity to taste, meet the founder and the rest of the team, and learn more about Haus of Sauce and how flavor, community, and togetherness came together to make such an innovative product and company. 

About Haus of Sauce

More than a play on words or a catchy name, Haus of Sauce is something much more meaningful. DeAndre wanted to create something that reflected him, his roots, and what he learned during his time at the CIA. "Haus" is a unique way of saying "house" and serves as an umbrella term for all the sauces his company creates. Whether BBQ, hot sauce, salad dressing, or anything of the sort, it belongs. While flavor is one of the main reasons that DeAndre created HoS, diversity and versatility are others. Having products that customers can use, whether it's red meats, poultry, seafood, or plant-based, ties into the company's tagline, "There's room at the table”. And just like their products, there's room for everyone who decides to pull up a seat.

A Year of Growing Success

Their first product, the "OG" Smokey BBQ Sauce, has been covered by local newspapers and by DeAndre’s alma mater (https://masters.culinary.edu/blog/from-backyard-cookouts-to-grocery-store-shelves/), highlighting his achievements and success with Haus of Sauce. 

Haus of Sauce is a few months shy of its second birthday and has already obtained its first retailer, Oasis Snack (https://oasissnacks.com/), and its first specialty grocery store, Takoma Park Silver Spring Co-Op (https://tpss.coop/). These partnerships mark Haus of Sauce's first local and national rollout, where everyone can get a taste of the "OG".
