Honest Bowl Launches Asian-Inspired Fairtrade Condiments at 2026 at Expo West | Booth #5628, Hall E

Yarmouth, ME (March 3, 2026) – Honest Bowl will debut the first Fairtrade-certified Asian-inspired condiments at the 2026 Expo West, March 3 - 6 in Anaheim (booth #5628, Hall E). Honest Bowl is a partnership between Thai Culinary Arts Studio, creator of Watcharee’s award-winning brand of authentic Thai sauces, and KRS Spicy Food Company, a leading specialty food manufacturer based in Thailand. The brand is known for its Fairtrade Thai curry and Tom Yum pastes, which are sold at major U.S. retailers including Hannaford and Giant Food.

At Expo West, Honest Bowl will introduce its new line of Asian-inspired condiments—Gochujang BBQ Sauce, Sriracha Mayo, and Thai Ginger Mayo—expanding the brand’s focus on global flavors as it reimagines authentic Asian products for everyday cooking.

“Our new premium quality Asian-inspired condiments work beautifully as dips, spreads, or dressings that enhance family favorites or add a finishing touch to your own fusion creations,” said Watcharee Limanon, founder of Thai Culinary Arts Studio. “Through Fairtrade, we are committed to empowering local farming communities by helping them to adopt better agricultural practices and ensuring fair compensation for their products.”

Honest Bowl’s Fairtrade commitment reflects the brand’s understanding that many U.S. consumers value not only high-quality, authentic products, but also positive social and environmental impacts across the supply chain.

Show attendees are invited to visit Honest Bowl at booth #5628, Hall E to meet the team, sample the new products, and learn more about the brand’s full line of sauces, pastes, and meal solutions.

Attendees can also sample WATCHAREE’S two new classic gluten-free Thai noodle meal kits, Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles, feature rice noodles and plant-based protein, red chili, and other traditional aromatic spices and flavors. “Our noodle meal kits have resonated with people who want authentic Thai flavors that fit into a busy workday or school schedule,” said Limanon. “Adding Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles to our line allows us to offer two well-known Thai favorites in a format that is both accessible and true to their origins.”

Retailers that carry Watcharee’s Thai noodle kits include Costco, Giant Food, Hannaford, Stop & Shop, The Giant Company, Brookshire’s, Central Market, United Supermarkets, AJ’s Fine Foods, Zupan’s Markets and Yoke’s Fresh Market.
