Yarmouth, ME (January 8, 2026) — Honest Bowl will debut the first Fairtrade Asian-inspired condiments at the 2026 Winter Fancy Faire, January 11–13 in San Diego (booth #2138).
Honest Bowl is a partnership between Thai Culinary Arts Studio, creator of Watcharee’s award-winning brand of authentic Thai sauces, and KRS Spicy Food Company, a leading specialty food manufacturer based in Thailand. The brand is known for its Fairtrade Thai curry and Tom Yum pastes, which are sold at major U.S. retailers including Hannaford and Giant Food.
At Winter Fancy Faire, Honest Bowl will introduce a new line of Asian-inspired condiments—including Gochujang BBQ Sauce, Sriracha Mayo, and Thai Ginger Mayo—expanding the brand’s focus on global flavors beyond curry pastes as it reimagines authentic Asian flavors for everyday cooking.
