Korean Pickle Specialist ILMIFOOD to Attend World's Largest Premium Food Trade Show
ILMIFOOD Co., Ltd. (CEO CHO SOOJIN), a leading pickle manufacturer in Korea, announced its participation in the '2026 Winter FancyFaire' taking place from January 11-13, 2026 in San Diego, USA.
Winter FancyFaire is the world's largest premium food and beverage trade show organized by the Specialty Food Association (SFA) in the United States. Rebranded from the former 'Winter Fancy Food Show,' this event is recognized as North America's most prestigious B2B food exhibition, annually attracting food manufacturers, global distributors, retailers, and food buyers from around the world.
This year's event will feature major food companies from the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and beyond. From Korea, ILMIFOOD will participate alongside leading Korean food companies including Ottogi, OKF, and Saongwon to showcase the competitiveness of K-Food. Premium foods, clean label products, and health-oriented foods are expected to be key areas of interest.
At the expo, ILMIFOOD will present cup pickle products made with Korean fresh cucumbers and pouch-type pickle products targeting foodservice and B2B demand. The company plans to introduce the excellence of Korean pickles to buyers from around the world based on its simple, ingredient-focused manufacturing philosophy that has been maintained since 1998.
ILMIFOOD currently holds 70-80% market share in Korea's fresh cucumber pickle market and over 80% in the cup pickle market, supplying products to more than 30 pizza franchises including Papa John's, Banolim Pizza, Pizza School, Paikbooyi Pizza, and Goobne. The company also holds FSSC22000 international food safety certification and owns design patents for cup pickle containers, demonstrating its technical capabilities.
