New York, NY, (December 5, 2025) Jamie’s Farm, maker of premium small batch granolas, is proud to announce that its Chai Streusel Granola with Honey has been named a Finalist for the Specialty Food Association’s 2026 sofi™ Awards, a distinguished honor recognizing the best specialty food products of the year.
This marks the third sofi™ recognition for Jamie’s Farm, following Silver Awards for its Rosemary Currant Granola and Vanilla Bean Sour Cherry Granola, and most recently a 2024 Gold Award for the Vanilla Bean Sour Cherry Granola. The brand’s momentum has continued to accelerate, further underscored by Bon Appétit magazine’s editors naming the Chai Streusel Granola one of the “Best Granolas” on the market.
The annual sofi Awards have celebrated excellence and innovation in specialty food since 1972. This year’s winners will be announced live in a ceremony at the Specialty Food Association (SFA)’s newest trade show, Winter FancyFaire*, January 11-13, 2026, in San Diego, California.
“Being recognized as a sofi Finalist is an incredible honor for us,” said Jamie Kim, founder of Jamie’s Farm. “It reinforces our belief that simple, thoughtfully sourced ingredients can create something truly special—especially in an everyday category like granola.”
Jamie’s Farm Chai Streusel Granola stood out among more than 1,200 entries, judged by a panel of specialty food buyers in a blind tasting. Products were evaluated based on flavor, appearance, texture, aroma, ingredient quality, and innovation.
“There are thousands of food and beverage products that are sold on store shelves and yet amidst the multitude of options, these finalists have risen above their peers to receive top scores from our expert judging panel of buyers,” said Bill Lynch, president of the Specialty Food Association. “Congratulations to Jamie’s Farm and all the 2026 sofi Award Finalists!”
Crafted with organic oats, warming chai spices, and honey, and baked with grass-fed ghee instead of oil, the Chai Streusel Granola with Honey captures the cozy richness of a chai latte. The recipe incorporates upcycled chai dust from Brooklyn-based Dona, a fellow SFA member renowned for its award-winning chai concentrates, infusing each bite with bold, aromatic flavor while reducing food waste through thoughtful collaboration. Baking with ghee gives the granola its distinctive buttery depth and clean, balanced finish.
In addition to sampling its sofi-finalist product, Jamie’s Farm will also debut its newest innovation, Dark Chocolate Granola with Sea Salt, at Winter FancyFaire™. Launched this fall, the flavor features 71% dark chocolate, organic oats, and a hint of sea salt—marking the brand’s first chocolate-forward granola and expansion into more indulgent offerings.
Attendees at Winter FancyFaire* 2026 can sample Jamie’s Farm Granola at Booth 1821.
The recognition comes after a busy and productive year for Jamie’s Farm. The brand expanded its presence with Whole Foods in the northeast region, and was recently recognized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as a Top Honoree in the Micro Business Leaders category.
“This accolade is proof of the power of craftsmanship and intention in food,” Kim said. “As we look ahead to 2026, we’re focused on growing into new retail channels and bringing more people back to real, slow-made food.”
The sofi Awards are considered the top honor in the $219-billion specialty food industry. Past winners have included some of today’s most recognizable and successful brands such as Ben & Jerry’s, Kettle Chips, Fage Yogurt, Stonewall Kitchen and Vermont Creamery
