Born from a longing for home, founder Sergio Ratti created Kusi Foods to share the flavors he grew up with in Peru—flavors defined by memory, connection, and authenticity. Every Kusi sauce is crafted in Peru using traditional ingredients like ají amarillo, ají charapita, limo chili, and red bell pepper, blended with modern creativity to reintroduce the world to the richness of Andean food culture.
