“When we cooked together, Eric would handle the sautéing and I would build the flavor,” said Andrea Mather, Founder of Pinch Dab Dash. “We saw that many home cooks felt overwhelmed by recipes calling for multiple individual spices, often used only once. We set out to deliver that same layered flavor in one jar.”
The result is a collection of versatile spice blends that eliminate the need to buy, measure, and mix multiple spices. Each blend works across proteins, vegetables, eggs, and potatoes, and can be used as a rub, stirred into sauces or dressings, or added during cooking.
