Pioneering French crêpes bakery expands its portfolio with grab-and-go snack innovation
Ontario, California – 1/8/2026 Michel de France, the first large-scale crêpes bakery to establish operations in the United States in 1985, is proud to announce the launch of its first line of ready-to-eat healthy snacks: filled crêpes designed for today’s on-the-go consumer.
Building on four decades of expertise and an established range of blinis, crêpes, wafers, wraps, and paillette feuilletine, this new product line marks a natural evolution into the fast-growing grab-and-go healthy snack category.
The new filled crêpes are crafted with a strong focus on ingredient quality and simplicity. Fruit fillings are made in-house using IQF fruits, and the hazelnuts are sourced from Oregon. Only essential ingredients are used, reflecting the company’s hands-on, quality-first approach and commitment to authentic taste.
The initial lineup features five flavors:
- Banana
- Mango
- Papaya
- Pineapple
- Hazelnut Chocolate
