Oliver Springs, TN – June 24, 2025 -- Country Fresh Food & Confections (CFF&C) is now an SQF Level II Certified Manufacturing facility. In April 2025, AIB International performed a comprehensive audit to certify the new 25,000 square foot facility, giving Country Fresh Food & Confections a score of ‘Excellent’. ‘We are extremely pleased with the results of AIB’s audits and the certification of our new facility. This reinforces our commitment to maintaining the highest levels of food safety to all our customers, stated Ed Stockton, President. ‘We are a company that is built on working with our customers and providing them not only what they need, but also consistently exceeding their expectations. Food safety is no different. We want our customers to know that not only are we in compliance providing them with safe quality products, but that we are constantly improving programs and processes, so they are confident that their supplier is doing the right thing without question’.
Country Fresh Food & Confections moved into its’ new manufacturing facility in late 2024. ‘Moving an entire operation from one facility to another in only a few days takes a lot of hard work and execution, especially at one of the busiest times of the year. There were adjustments employees needed to make to be comfortable with new workflows and routine facility management. Now we are starting to see the fruits of our labor’, said Ed Stockton (President). ‘We have much more space to use for production and storage, especially considering the tremendous amount of Private Labeling that we do. We have new packaging lines installed to allow for the rollout of our new flow wrapped fudge line. We can significantly increase capacity from what we could do in our previous facility’. Consumers are looking for great quality at a reasonable price, and more importantly, something they can take on the go anywhere. The new line of flow wrapped fudge, including Regular, Keto-friendly Sugar-free, and non-alcoholic Spirits inspired flavors, delivers on all these consumer demands, while giving retailers increased profits and an excellent shelf life. Moving into the 3rd quarter of 2025 CFF&C will be packaging in standup pouches, hanging bags, and many other options that give retailers flexibility in how and where they position our products on their shelves.
