New York, NY — The Northwest & Rocky Mountain Regional Food Business Center (RFBC) proudly announces its return to the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City for the fourth consecutive year, supporting a vibrant cohort of 10 emerging food businesses. This year’s delegation includes eight businesses featured in Incubator Village and two dynamic startups showcased in Startup Row, all of whom represent the innovation, culture, and flavor emerging from shared kitchens and food ecosystems across the Northwest and Rocky Mountain region.
“This event gives our businesses a national platform to build connections, gain exposure, and grow to the next level,” said Sarah Masoni, Team Lead with the NW Rocky Mountain RFBC. “Each brand brings a unique story and product to the table, and we're proud to support their journey.”
