“We’re thrilled to welcome OSHi GHEE and thousands of other brands to New York this June for the 2025 Summer Show,” said Bill Lynch, president of the Specialty Food Association (SFA). “Our fantastic community, productive networking events, and inspiring programming all help to make this show one of the tentpole events of the food industry’s annual cycle—but its true beating heart is the group of exhibitors who showcase the newest and best in specialty food each year.”
The 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show will feature thousands of specialty foods and beverages from global makers. Participants will also gain access to real-time insights from the SFA Trendspotter Panel, educational programming and panels across two stages, fresh networking opportunities and events, and the Debut District area featuring first-time exhibitors like OSHi GHEE, brand-new products, incubators, and startups.
“We’re introducing people to OSHi GHEE’s artisanal, nutrient-rich Ghee—trending as a superfood that completely redefines what Ghee is in the market,” said Aashna Ahmed, Founder of OSHi GHEE. “It’s a celebration of culture and tradition with a contemporary edge, and we’re proud to share the story of where it comes from, and where it’s going.”
“We’re proud to count OSHi GHEE as a member of the New York State Center of Excellence for Food and Agriculture at Cornell AgriTech (CoE),” said CoE Business Development Manager Mark Scoville. “Their innovative products and passion serve as an inspiration for entrepreneurs across New York state and beyond.”
