New York, NY — June 2, 2025 — Colorado-based specialty food maker RedCamper is thrilled to announce its debut appearance at the prestigious Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, taking place June 29 – July 1, 2025 at the Jacob Javits Center. Founded by creative entrepreneur Maura Gramzinski, RedCamper is an artisanal, small-batch, woman owned food company rooted in a love of travel, nostalgia, and elevated shared plates. What began as a tribute to summer road trips and backseat sandwiches has grown into a nationally recognized brand, with products available at Whole Foods, Kroger, and 500+ specialty retailers across the U.S.
