Rovagnati brings its award-winning recipes stateside, producing authentic Italian salami right here in the USA, utilizing its exclusive NNE (No Nitrites and No Nitrates Ever) technology. The unique production technique creates a superior-quality, US-made salami that is authentic, nitrite- and nitrate-free, gluten-free, and delicious.
