Boston, MA – [February 17, 2026] — The Shared Kitchen Alliance, a newly formed collaborative initiative created by New England Food Business Advisors, Paul Designs Project, and Fizz Creative, announces its first quarterly community meeting on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. The Alliance’s mission is to build a supportive, knowledge-sharing community for shared kitchen operators, incubator kitchens, and food entrepreneurs across the country.
Designed to foster meaningful relationships, encourage peer-to-peer learning, and provide actionable guidance, the Shared Kitchen Alliance invites kitchen leaders of all experience levels to participate in its inaugural session. Membership in the Alliance is free and open to all.
The February 25 virtual event will feature:
• Introductions and Wins – A community roundtable where attendees can share recent successes, challenges, and insights.
• Expert Breakout Sessions – Facilitated discussions with founding partners covering business strategy, kitchen design, branding and marketing, and operational growth.
The Shared Kitchen Alliance was formed following the Food Corridor’s Shared Kitchen Summit to ensure that connections made at that event continue to grow and deliver value year-round. This quarterly meeting series is intended to keep operators connected and supported with real experience, real advice, and real results.
“Our goal with the Shared Kitchen Alliance is simple,” said Sherie Theriault of New England Food Business Advisors. “We want to create a space where shared kitchen operators and food entrepreneurs can learn from one another, tap into expertise, and feel less isolated in a business environment that’s full of opportunity — but not always straightforward.”
The Alliance’s founding partners bring decades of combined experience:
• New England Food Business Advisors offers guidance on launching and scaling shared kitchens, co-manufacturing, distribution, and technical assistance.
• Fizz Creative specializes in strategic branding, marketing, and brand visibility for food businesses.
• Paul Designs Project provides architectural insight on kitchen design and optimization to enhance operational success.
The Shared Kitchen Alliance’s first quarterly meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 via Zoom, with additional meetings planned throughout the year. Operators, incubator managers, and food entrepreneurs interested in joining can register at the Alliance’s website.
