What began as a beloved family recipe — a Canary Islands–inspired sofrito passed down through generations — became The Mother Mix, the heart of Simrancooks. Meet The Red Drizzlers — A Tribute to “Mojo Rojo”
The newest creations, The Red Drizzler (Hot & Mild), pay homage to the Canary Islands’ beloved sauce mojo rojo — a vibrant, garlicky, smoky, pepper-forward condiment traditionally served with papas arrugadas (wrinkled potatoes) and grilled fish.
Simrancooks reimagines this classic for the modern palate: a silky drizzle of roasted red peppers, smoked paprika, and olive oil, with subtle layers of spice. The Hot version brings a lively kick, while the Mild version offers a gently spiced warmth — both perfect for eggs, roasted vegetables, grain bowls, sandwiches, or seafood.
