WHO: Get your Halloween costume ready. You’ll be in good company at Napa Valley’s Wizards of Elixirs Cocktail Competition hosted by The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley and Charbay Distillery. This year’s event features a record 17 participating teams and — back by popular demand — the exclusive VIP hour. All proceeds from this year’s event will go towards Active 20/30 Club’s fundraising for Una Vida, a grassroots nonprofit organization meeting essential basic needs and building meaningful connections in the Petaluma community.
Sample scary good handcrafted cocktails from teams of wine country bar talent competing (good naturedly) for prize money, judges’ top picks and people’s choice awards. Halloween costumes are encouraged, with a prize for the best costume.
Competing teams include bar talent from: Lo & Behold, Brewsters Beer Garden, Grossman’s Noshery & Bar, Folklore Napa, 1331 Cocktails, Solbar, The Matheson, The Madrona, Luma Bar & Eatery, Bartenders Unlimited, Fern Bar, Little Saint, Andaz Napa, North Block, Wilfred’s Lounge, Goose & Gander, and Waterhawk.
WHAT: Now in its seventh year, The Wizards of Elixirs Cocktail Competition has become a cherished wine country community Halloween tradition. This year, bartenders will showcase their best original cocktails featuring Charbay Blood Orange Mandarin Vodka and their Perfect Purée flavor(s) of choice. Food will be available for purchase from Brewsters Beer Garden through sit-down quick service.
WHEN: Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. for VIP ticket holders and 6:30-8:30 p.m. for general admission.

- General admission is $40 online before Oct. 28; $45 at the door from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
- VIP admission is $65 online only before Oct. 28. VIP’s can be the first to sip and savor competitor cocktails and enjoy complimentary, VIP-only appetizers including crab cakes, chicken and pork meatballs, grilled vegetable skewers, arancini and more. Tickets are limited for this exclusive experience and will not be available at the door. All ticketholders must be 21 years or older to attend with ID required at check-in.

The Petaluma Active 20-30 Club is a volunteer-led group of young professionals dedicated to improving the lives of underserved children in the Petaluma community.
