June 17, 2025 — HOBOKEN, NJ -- Thumb Bread®, the artisanal bread created by the Esendemir Sisters (Fusun, Gonca, and Arzu), is proud to announce its participation in the 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show, taking place June 29–July 1, 2025, at the Javits Center in New York City. The company returns this year to the New Jersey Pavilion, thanks again to a grant from the New Jersey State Trade Expansion Program (NJSTEP), supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and New Jersey Business Action Center (NJBAC).
What’s New This Year?
- NJ Pavilion Support — Once more selected as one of just a handful of small businesses sponsored through NJSTEP, Thumb Bread® benefits from critical funding and exposure to expand its national and global footprint.
- New Flavors Debut — Alongside fan favorites, the Esendemir Sisters will introduce two new Thumb Bread® varieties, offering attendees a first taste.
- Founder Access — Fusun, Gonca, and Arzu Esendemir will be present at Booth 6339, sharing their inspiring immigrant-to-entrepreneur journey and hosting live samples and demos.
