The Indianapolis based salami producer will debut its new 2oz salami tray line, featuring seven salami varieties available in both 2oz tray packs and 5oz chub formats.
The 2oz salami trays introduce updated, modern branding while maintaining the company’s focus on clean label, all natural products made with humanely raised protein. Attendees can sample Turchetti’s salami varieties throughout the show and experience the same flavors offered in both the 2oz tray and 5oz chub formats. Sampling will be available at booth #3024.
