(Nashville, Tennessee) – Walker Brothers, the Nashville-based beverage company known for its award-winning kombucha, today announces the launch of Forest Water, a non-alcoholic botanical soda crafted with the depth and complexity of fine spirits, minus the alcohol.
Developed with organic and wild-harvested ingredients, Forest Water showcases botanicals inspired by the Appalachian region — from juniper berries and elderberry to calendula, Douglas fir tips and wildflower honey. Each can delivers layered, amaro-like flavor designed for slow sipping, mindful gatherings, and every moment in between.
Launching during a period in which over 40% of U.S. adults are reducing alcohol consumption, Forest Water bridges the gap between premium cocktail culture and intentional wellness, equally suited for cocktail bars, cafés, restaurants, and everyday rituals.

Finely Crafted, Casually Consumed
Forest Water is crafted using a proprietary botanical extraction process in which upcycled kombucha vinegar is used to draw out deep aromatics and flavors. The botanical concentrate is blended with charcoal-filtered water, lightly sweetened with local honey, and delicately carbonated. Forest Water makes its debut with two flavors:
Alpine
Wild-harvested white pine bark, juniper berries, nettle leaf, and gentian root softened with raw wildflower honey. Tannin-forward and resinous with a bright, herbal finish.

Calendula, rose, jasmine, chamomile, grapefruit peel, and birch bark, lifted with wildflower honey. Floral, fresh, and quietly luxurious.
