Yarmouth, ME (January 8, 2026) – WATCHAREE’S, a premium Thai ready-to-eat brand, will debut two classic gluten-free Thai noodle meal kits—Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles—at the 2026 Winter Fancy Faire, January 11–13 in San Diego (booth #2138).
Created by Watcharee Limanon, a Thai culinary artist from Bangkok, the new kits feature rice noodles and plant-based protein, red chili, and other traditional aromatic spices and flavors. The launch expands WATCHAREE’S line of convenient noodle meal kits, which already includes Peanut Noodles, Red Curry Noodles, and Coconut Curry Noodles.
“Our noodle meal kits have resonated with people who want authentic Thai flavors that fit into a busy workday or school schedule,” said Limanon. “Adding Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles to our line allows us to offer two well-known Thai favorites in a format that is both accessible and true to their origins.”
