The Specialty Food Association (SFA) welcomed 52 new members in July 2026. A full third of those—17 companies—are based in California, adding to the strong West Coast representation among SFA membership. Food and beverage manufacturers, importers, distributors, and consultants are represented in the new-member group, which also includes businesses from Japan, the UAE, and the UK.
