Plymouth Artisan Cheese
We produce hand made raw cow's milk cheese with milk from a single source local herd we continually monitor for quality. All of our milk comes from a farm that engages in the best diary practices and humane treatment of their livestock. Only the finest and freshest milk goes into our cheese. We are also dedicated to the ideas and philosophies of the slow food movement, knowing where your food comes from, how it is made and to the preservation of the working landscapes of Vermont. We also take great pride in the hand waxed packaging of cheese which are both traditional yet innovative in comparison to other food pakakaging.
